changing the regime and dissolution of Parliament Unconstitutional

since two weeks now, there are some kind of high level speech in Bahrain, and its from all sites, starting with the regime against the people , coming to Sunni salafi against Shiites coming to Shiites oppositions asking for changing the regime, those different type of speech indicate that Bahrain is coming to what we can call it a very hot politic atmosphere.

The situation in Bahrain now is very hard, its never come at all with this Political congestion between the people and the regime, and what Abdulhadi said before 4 days about changing this regime or what he call it "Gang ruling" in Bahrain asking for bringing them down and changing them if they didn't change and they didn't change their act against people or targeting Shiites so this is something totally logically and nothing to do against the law because the law is to protect people not protect regime while the regime is working and targeting the freedom of people

it’s a good message to be sent to those who own the decision in royal family that it’s the time that never come before, ash Isa Qasim said " the security is exchange secure, not your secure against my secure" that was the yesterday speech of Isa Qasim and its conclude the situation in Bahrain they need to understand , no one till now asking for changing the royal family and we hope this time will not come, we are only asking for changing this regime which is built on targeting us, denying us , we just want to be equal with others from the royal family, we are asking to decide what we want for this country its something basic for all humans around the world.

But so sorry to know that some of the those in the decision maker position thinking seriously to The dissolution of Parliament Unconstitutional so we will repeat the 1973 constitution again and the homeland will go through the black period again, this is not solution and it will not built up our country for the next years, they need to think deeply about the cost which no one can handle it

السلطات البحرينية تصعد في استهدافها للمواطنين الشيعة:

انتهاك شعائر دينية واستعمال قوات امن أجنبية في غلق أحد مساجد الشيعة ومنع الناس من أداء الصلاة

في تصعيد طائفي خطير ينال من الحق في حرية الممارسة الدينية، قامت أمس السلطات البحرينية باستخدام قوات الامن الخاصة بمحاصرة مسجد الصادق في منطقة القفول بالعاصمة المنامة ومنع القائم على المسجد من فتح البوابات لاستقبال المصلين، كما قامت بابعاد كل من يقترب من المسجد محذرة إياه من مغبة البقاء في المنطقة.

وكانت قوات الامن الخاصة - المكونة من مرتزقة قبليين تم جلبهم من الاردن وسوريا واليمن وباكستان- وقبل أكثر من ساعة من وقت أذان المغرب ليوم أمس الجمعة بمحاصرة المداخل المؤدية لجامع الصادق واحتلت موقف السيارات الخاص به وإغلاقه أمام أي سيارة غير تابعة للجهاز الأمني. كما قامت بمنع القادمين للصلاة خلف حسن مشيمع – وهو إمام المسجد لصلاتي المغرب والعشاء من مساء كل جمعة ومنذ عدة سنوات.

يأتي هذا التصعيد متزامناً مع تحركات أمنية أخرى تتعلق بممارسة الشيعة لشعائر عاشورا من كل عام، وتتمثل في إرسال القوات الأمن الخاصة لنزع الأعلام والقماش الأسود الذي اعتاد الشيعة في البحرين على مر السنين السابقة من تعليقه على الجدران في قراهم ومناطقهم، وكتابة مقتطفات من أقوال الحسين بن علي والرموز الدينية للشيعة تعزيهم على مقتل الحسين بن علي في كربلاء قبل أكثر من 1350 سنة. حيث قامت تلك القوات بتمزيق تلك الاقمشة والمخطوطات ومصادرتها من المناطق والقرى الشيعية مثل مدينة المحرق وقرية الدير، وكرزكان والمصلى والبلاد القديم.

وكانت السلطة قد مهدت لتوجهها باستهداف دور العبادة الخاصة بالطائفة الشيعية بعرض اعترافات في التلفزيون والصحافة يوم 28 ديسمبر الماضي لما زعمت أنه اكتشاف "مخطط ارهابي" صورت فيه أماكن العبادة للشيعة وكأنها دورا للتحريض على العنف والفتنة.

وصرح نبيل رجب- رئيس مركز البحرين لحقوق الإنسان" إن ما قامت به الأجهزة الأمنية، بأية تبريرات كانت، من استعمال القوة لغلق مسجد الصادق ومنع المصلين من الصلاة هو انتهاك صارخ لحق اساسي وهو الحق في حرية الممارسة الدينية للمواطنين. وإن استهداف أماكن العبادة للمواطنين الشيعة بهذا الشكل يعبر عن تصعيد خطير ينبئ بالمزيد من تدهور الوضع الأمني والاستقرار في البحرين"

وكانت قوات الامن الخاصة قد اعتدت مساء أول من أمس 2 يناير على العشرات من المواطنين الذين ذهبوا لإستقبال حسن مشيمع- أمين عام حركة الحريات والديمقراطية- عند وصوله مطار البحرين قادماً من المملكة المتحدة بعد مشاركته في فعاليات مجلس اللوردات البريطاني السنوية والتي تناولت التراجع في الاصلاح السياسي وتصاعد انتهاكات حقوق الانسان في للبحرين. وقد رصد مراقبون تابعون للمركز بانه لم يحدث ما يستدعي الهجوم الذي قامت به القوات الخاصة ولم تعطي اي انذار بااعتداء الذي قامت به على جمهور المتواجدين حول الأستاذ مشيمع وهم يهمون معه باتجاه سياراتهم وخصوصا في ظل وجود نساء وشيوخ وأطفال.

ويعرب مركز البحرين لحقوق الإنسان عن قلقه البالغ تجاه تصعيد السلطات الأمنية في تعاملها مع التجمعات ودور العبادة لأبناء الطائفة الشيعية، كما يشعر المركز بأن سياسة استهداف المواطنين الشيعة وتضيق مساحة حرية الممارسة الدينية سيزيد من الاحتقان السياسي والأمني وقد يطلق شرارة غضب شعبية. ولهذا يطالب المركز بالآتي:

1- إيقاف كل الممارسات الإستفزازية وبرامج التضييق على المواطنين الشيعة واحترام خصوصيتهم الدينية وحقهم في حرية ممارسة شعائرهم الدينية وفقا للاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان والعهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية الذي انضمت له البحرين واصبحت ملزمة به.
2- إيقاف تنفيذ المخطط السياسي الطائفي الذي كشفه عنه صلاح البندر -المستشار السابق لحكومة البحرين- والذي يستهدف المؤسسات الدينية للشيعة في البحرين من مساجد ومآتم والتدخل في شئونها وتسييرها، وتقديم المسؤولين الحكوميين المتورطين في الشبكة السرية المعنية بتنفيذ ذلك المخطط للعدالة.
3- احترام حرية التعبير والتجمع وفقا للمواثيق الدولية، وضبط الممارسات واصلاح القوانين بما يتوافق وتلك المواثيق.
4- فتح حوار جدي مع القوى الفاعلة والمؤسسات المجتمعية المؤثرة لمنع انفلات الوضع الأمني وتبني برامج عملية لحلحلة الملفات العالقة، وفي مقدمتها برنامج التجنيس السياسي، وسياسات تهميش الشيعة على جميع المستويات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والمدنية والسياسية.

BCHR: Bahrain Authorities steps up targeting Shiite citizens

Deploying foreign mercenaries to hinder religious practices, close a Shiite mosque, and prevent prayers

In an escalation undermining the right to practice religious freedoms of Shiites in Bahrain, a large number of the Special Security Force, overwhelmingly staffed with non-Bahraini tribal Sunnis, besieged yesterday evening Al-Sadiq mosque in Al-Ghofool area in the capital, Manama, preventing Shiite citizens from praying behind Hasan Mushaima - the default Imam of the mosque for evening prayers every Saturday. The security Special Force prevented the mosque care-taker from opening the mosque for the evening prayers, and warned people from coming close the mosque or stay in the area.

This escalation coincided with other security measures constraining the exercise of Shiite their annual rituals in the occasion of Muharram. This include the use of Special Forces to remove black cloths and fabrics, containing slogans and condolences of Shiite figures attributing Imam Husain Bin Ali Bin Abi Taleb, Shiite used to hang on walls of houses and buildings. Al-Hussein Bin Ali, the third Shiite Imam, was killed in Karbala more than 1350 years and since then they commemorate his and his family death. These forces recently triggered a campaign to tear these fabrics, in very antagonistic manner, and confiscate others in of Shiite villages such as Al-Dair, Karzakan, Al-Mussala and Bilad Al-Qadeem.

Nabeel Rajab - President of BCHR – who was near Al-Sadeq mosque witnessing the heavy security presence to prevent Shiite citizens from praying in their mosque, stated that: "The action of the security services, under no justification, in closing the mosque and the preventing Shiite worshipers from performing their prayers is a flagrant violation of basic religious freedom of those citizens". He continued: "Targeting Shiite worship places and Matams in this way is a dangerous escalation signaling a potential and rapid deterioration of the overall security and stability in Bahrain".
On the evening Friday January 1, 2009, the authorities used the Security Special Force to attack tens of citizens who went to Bahrain Airport to meet Mr Hasan Mushaima- the Secretary General of HAQ Movement of Civil Liberties and Democracy - on arrival from the United Kingdom following a participation in an annual activity in the House of Lords concerned with the political and human rights situation in Bahrain.

In this regard, Mr. Rajab said: "I was monitoring the event at the airport at that instance. There was no reason what so ever to justify the attack of Special Forces on the innocent people and those around Mr. Mushaima on their way towards the car park." He continued: "It was a horrible and terrifying sight when those forces used utmost ferocity and brutality on those present at that time, without distinction between a young or elderly of men and women".
The Bahrain Center for Human Rights (BCHR) is gravely alarmed over the escalation of the use of excessive force in dealing with popular gatherings and fears that the persistent policy of suppressing religious freedoms and detaining and torturing Shiite citizens, under the context of “uncovering a terror plot”, could spark a popular anger, with unaccounted consequences. Therefore, the BCHR calls upon the following:

1 - Cease all provocative practices and programs to suppress Shiite citizens and respect their right in exercising religious freedoms in accordance to international norms.
2 - Terminate the implementation of the secret plot, revealed by Dr Salah al-Bandar - a former adviser to the Government of Bahrain - designed to contain and control Shiite religious institutions in Bahrain, including mosques and community centers (Matams) and interfere in its affairs. This includes bring all the perpetrators to justice.
3 - Respect and maintain freedom of expression and assembly, in accordance to international norms and amend all relevant laws.
4 – Launch a serious dialogue to prevent further deterioration of the security situation and the adoption of practical programs to resolve the outstanding issues, primarily the political naturalization and the marginalization of Shiites at all levels.

Ministry without mistake again in the headlines

After the Hibernation of ministry of interior , that after his speech about attending conference outside Bahrain, he is again in the headlines of the media, he is talking now, but he is saying that he is not happy with the law of demonstration and he will ask for changing it to be more difficult and allow them to have more power and more authorities to use the force, base on alwasatnews about the yesterday events, he insist that if any and for any reason, breake the rolse , he have the authorities to use the force not only for that person, but for all of those who are there and its not his mistake, the the mistake of them been with this number one who breake the rolse?
in other word he is talking about the Collective punishment , the problem is not 15 person going out for domenstration or for protest, he can punish the village or the town, and i think he can punish all the homeland base on his understanding , there are no qustions to those who organize this event, its a qustion for why you live here
this ministery couldn't change the image from the black period to the new reform period and stuck with the same tools and same mentality
at the end, as its always, its our mistake

This just a short message to the king of Bahrain, Shaikh Hamad, and it can be short as " to where you are leading this homeland?"
Just want to say that I really can't understand the situation here in Bahrain, what is going on? Why this country should be always in trouble and problems, why there are always a politic issue, one should delete the other? Why you can't feel peace and secure, why you are always Accused and have this Doubt about your loyalty and your move.
In Your day I will just ask for the god sake some peace for this homeland, some right, some justice

before 3 days, in one of the popular web sites in Bahrain "bahrainonline" one of the members wrote a short post saying

"before a while, women shouting at the hospital Doggoning the naturalization" he did not write any thing more than putting a link to video seems he shot it,

in the video it was showing a women, she was screaming, shouting, against those who brought from all other world just to change the majority from shitte to Sunni in Bahrain, the women was screaming bu salman , mean the king of Bahrain, she was saying come and see those who you brought from all other world and gave them houses and nationality and all other facilities that the original citizen can't get, come and see what did they do to us.

the story behind this is a fight happen before two days from that video been post, between one of the original citizen and those who brought from out side and they hit him, this is not the first time and it will not be the last time as its happening all the time, so Essa went to the police as a wetness saying that those Naturalized is guilty and Emad, which is the one who got the fight is not, then, the naturalized went to essa home asking him why you want to support this Bahrani? meaning why you want to support this and he is shitte, he said there are no different , so they hit him with all the what they can get and he went to hospital with Coma for 2 days and his sister was shouting at that situation.

i don't want to talk much about the story as i want to high how the citizen media could bring causes up , because that member shot the film and publish it in one of the most popular sites in Bahrain, with in two days more than 10000 watched that video in YouTube, and because it was women shouting, people couldn't standby and they want to support her, and because of all the announcement and news with updates posted via online media either blogger or forums or any other media, the cause was blowing up and with in two days, Hamad town where the fight happen and its mixed, Sunni and Shitte , they were going day by day just to kick those naturalized out of the city as they were brought because they royal family want, albandar cells wants. the good is, the demonstration happen wasn't only shitte, it was mixed between sunni and shitte, also its the first time since 50s that sunni and shitte been in one side against the police and security forces who already brought from the same countries that those naturalized came

this video if it not shot, no one will give a shit about what is going on, its something normal fights between original and naturalized, just two week ago, a boy been kidnapped and Rape without any real move, its only this the chance brought this camera man at that time to the hospital
Citizen media successful to bring this cause up and successful to keep it updated, life, and continue to feed it with ideas , it keep the news life about what is going in that area and about the how the security forces is moving and what is the situation there
and again, because every thing was documented, either by video or picture or any other documentary tools, its the first time that things happen since 4 years, and the ministry of interior just keep quite, they can't talk about any thing, they are just quite , no statement , no details about what is going on, they are just protecting the house of this guilty naturalized Syrian person

and all of that because the citizen media developed their way of working

Children of Heaven, is an Iranian movie talking about poor family, father, mother son and daughter, Ali " the son" toke Zahra " the daughter" shoes to fix it but he lost it, so they can't tell their father because he can't offer to buy new one, they decide to share the Alis shoes so Zahra will take it in the morning and ali mid day and here the story of the film is started.

There are some films that I am watching them many times and I enjoy them like this one, and beat the drum, v for vendetta,, etc

Any one who is not close the Iranian culture may not feel that much interested watching such movies, but this film was great to reflect the real picture of Iranian poor families, how they are suffering, and living simple life, religious

The Iranian Literature is very rich of such human stories but its problem is it can't find a translation market to show the world the how the real Persian think

Lost identity

Did any one of those big leaders and politician asked our generation, what is our main problem at this time, did any study or any project been established to ask what is the main issues with this generation , did any for any reason asked him self and between him and him self why there are people burning , demonstrating , protesting screaming ,,, etc

And if there are , what was the question asked and the answers?

I didn't stop asking my self and judging my generation about many issue, and I discovered that our main issue is we are lost in discovering or dealing with out identity, we can't live with what ever we are suppose to do and what we want to do, we can't survive in this world with what did they told us , and with the system applied and rules we have to follow.

We can't just be Muslims and civilian , there are a big debate I wish others can look at it, I wish those big leaders can understand the new world with different point of view, that those speech which is been transfer since 1400 years may not be applicable at this time

In this era, what they call it " identity Era" that all the identities start to appear and growing up, strongly , by the power of blood or religion, and our identity didn't change, it’s the same, same speech with the same fundamental its been used, we are asked to keep our past as a holy things, but the new era doesn't give a shit about pasts

I can describe or explain or highlight our generation issue is with the identity, can we understand our identity and can we change it, can we just have another view of the identity?
