He was 15 years old, or 16 as other said, he just went out from local store in east refaa , he has been called from a foreign for a chat, then kidnapped, then raped , after that the guys who kidnapped him called another friends to tell him we have some one for you, so that also came to rape him to take his honor of doing this.

This is could be normal story in west world, the cable TVs and other channels will run to get the full story about this, but here in Bahrain its some thing different, because we didn't use for this kind of crime, we don't have this in our pure natural humanity so from where we got this?

All of those people are imported from other countries and been given the nationality of Bahrain within short time maybe one week, just to change the majority of Shiites comparing of the minority of sonni , this is the game that regime is playing it

This is not the first crime, its happen on daily basis, always big fights between these fresh Naturalized and the original people who born and lived in this homeland, its not the crime of Shiite or sunni as much as it’s the crime of the regime , to where they want to take this country, to which direction? And what is the expectation they are seen and we can't see no one know

Al Bandar report was a big issue that people can handle it and go with it to higher lever of fighting against this regime until things to be stopped, but we don't have good player , imagine dear readers, we were 600 thousands until 2001 and more than million now because of the nationalization as its make our nationality cheap comparing with other neighbor nationalities, that’s why, here is my passport for sale, any one who want to buy it he can make offer, but it will be sell for the cheapest price , if our regime didn't pay attention to it and didn't show how its valuable , why should I ?

Ali who died just before around one week, he was 3 years an evedence againest our ministry of health

Yet another ministry that come to our database that they don't do any mistakes by any chance, and all of the mistakes been done by the people, this is the ministry of health
Its since long time this ministry regret to say we were mistaken in any condition, in fact, their problem is that all of them are friend, once I went to a one doctor for something happen to my son, but the issue remain as it is, I went for private clinic to check and he asked me who did advise you with this medicine I told him in salmaneya he told me they were wrong and don't use that, just use this , I asked him can you give me something in writing about this , he said no , I am sorry,. They are my friend s I can't do this for them, this is the fact, all of them are friends and they don't want to put something in writing that can be evidence against one of their colleagues.
Well yesterday the ministry of health issued a statement about the death of the 3 months child and his story been covered in the local newspaper they just say that we did best than god but god didn't accept our job so he toke it?? This is there answer ? well get the fuck off
3 months children died because of you want to protect your friends? He died because you want your poor ministry to be clean in the picture even if its dirty from inside.

How ever I can understand the pressure Doctors have due to load of visitors and ills or what ever, we have only 1 hospital that serve around 1 million , but that’s not mean all of your mistake is not mistake because of your friends

«تحقيق الصحة»: الطفل «علي» لم يمت بخطأ طبي // البحرين

كشفت لجنة التحقيق الصحية في قضية الطفل علي عدنان رمضان الذي
توفي في20 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني (الجاري)، عن نتائج التحقيق، وقالت: «لم يثبت للجنة
وجود أي إهمال أو تقصير من قبل الفريق الصحي العامل، إلاّ أن اللجنة تعتقد أن أنبوب
التنفس قد يكون انزاح من القصبة الهوائية أثناء عملية الإنعاش، وهو أمر من الممكن
حدوثه في بعض الأحيان وأن تقدير الأطباء في مثل هذه الحالات قد يكون متفاوتاً نتيجة
الوضع الحرج للطفل مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن الأطباء في هذه الحالة قاموا بتقديم
أقصى ما يمكن من أجل سلامة المريض».جاء ذلك في بيان أصدرته وزارة الصحة تبين فيه
نتائج لجنة التحقيق في القضية، وورد فيه «الطفل علي ذو الثلاثة أشهر، الذي أدخل
المستشفى بتاريخ 7 نوفمبر 2008، يعتبر طفلاً خديجاً ولد بعد 27 أسبوعاً من الحمل،
بوزن 910 غرامات وبقي 88 يوماً في وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة، وقد كان
يعاني من المشكلات الصحية الآتية: متلازمة الشدة التنفسية للخدج، ومرض رئوي مزمن،
والقناة الشريانية المفتوحة/ تضخم العضلة القلبية (مؤقت)، ونزف دماغي، وارتجاع معدي
مريئي. أخرج علي من وحدة العناية بحديثي الولادة بتاريخ 20 أكتوبر/ تشرين الاول
2008 بعد أن مكث هناك 88 يوماً، وكان وزنه 1,2 كغ عند إخراجه من المستشفى وكان في
وضع صحي جيد آنذاك».وفصّل البيان قائلاً: «أدخل علي للمستشفى في 7 نوفمبر 2008
وشخصت حالته بالتهاب في القصيبات الرئوية نتيجة فيروس (RSV)، ما أدى إلى تفاقم وضعه
الصحي، ومن المعروف أن إصابة الأطفال الخدج بهذا النوع من الفيروسات قد تؤدي إلى
مضاعفات خطيرة قد تصل للوفاة».وأكمل البيان «أن حالة الطفل علي وقت معاينته في غرفة
الإنعاش بالطوارئ كانت مستقرة بحسب تقييم طبيبة الأطفال (طبيبة بدرجة رئيس نواب)،
ولم تكن تستدعي إدخاله وحدة العناية القصوى، حيث أدخل لجناح 35 لوضعه تحت المراقبة
الدقيقة مع إمكانية نقله إلى العناية القصوى في حالة الحاجة إلى ذلك». وقال: «إن
تقييم اللجنة لما تم من خطوات إنعاشية للطفل في جناح 35 عند تدهور حالته الصحية بما
فيها تنبيب الرغامي (إدخال أنبوب تنفسي) بواسطة الطاقم الطبي والتمريض الموجود في
حينه كان كافياً وكان مؤهلاً علمياً وعملياً للتعامل مع مثل هذه الحالات، كما كان
موجوداً طوال الوقت، ولم يثبت للجنة وجود أي إهمال أو تقصير من قبل الفريق الصحي
العامل، إلاّ أن اللجنة تعتقد أن أنبوب التنفس قد يكون انزاح من القصبة الهوائية
أثناء عملية الإنعاش وهو أمر من الممكن حدوثه في بعض الأحيان وأن تقدير الأطباء في
مثل هذه الحالات قد يكون متفاوتاً نتيجة للوضع الحرج للطفل مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن
الأطباء في هذه الحالة قاموا بتقديم أقصى ما يمكن من أجل سلامة المريض. وبعد
استقرار حالته الصحية تم نقله إلى وحدة العناية القصوى للأطفال وقد تلقى هناك
الرعاية القصوى الممكنة في حالته، إلاّ أن فشل العديد من أجهزة الجسم كمضاعفات
للإصابة بفيروس RSV والاستعداد للإصابة الشديدة لهذا الفيروس عند الأطفال الخدج
وحدوث التهاب جرثومي في الدم أدى إلى حدوث الوفاة في 20 نوفمبر 2008».

Yesterday, there was a news published in BahrainOnline.org saying that the minister of information is going to be changed, that was posted in 1751 , at 1809 which is almost 20 mins latter it was posted in BNA - Bahrain News Agency and May Al Khalifa will take over the ministry of information after they change it to ministry of information and cultural, this news was published in BNA based on Nabeel Al Hamar, one of the consultancies our king have.

Al Hamar was the ministry of information before, and he couldn't live with the way May was managing the her department which is cultural so he went with her with a long fight then the decision came to change Al Hamar to Mohd Abdulghafar.

Abdulghafar also went through a lot of problem with her, tried to control, manage her but no use she was hard to be managed without what’s she wants, and in last year Jihad Bo Kamal assigned as the minister of information.

When Bo Kamal started his job, the problem is just exploded as its bigger, it was in the news paper and conferences, in the parliament and other area, but Bo Kamal could get the decision to change her and assign another one in her position, she returned to work in Ebrahim Al Khalifa Centre.
Before two days, there was a show in Bahrain TV with Ghazi Abdulmohsen, it was live, Ebrahim Shareef - president of Al Amal opposition party - was talking about the budget of the government and the budget of the king palace, and Nabeel Al Hamar passed this information that the ministry name going to be changed and the minister will be change to May Al Khalifa.

It look like they were so upset of the way Bo Kamal was managing the ministry and they get to change him the worse time and to replace him with one of his enemies just to insult him.

I hope this new minister will do something just to cancel this ministry as its an old fashion and we've been hearing since long time its going to be canceled but still it didn't, i hope for the TV to be better, i hope for the freedom of expression to be better, i hope for our culture to be better, but, its all about the system, the system will not allow that, the regime will not allow.

How old is our security forces?

In Bahrain today there are some threat against the human right activism and politician, staff of ministry of foreign talked about UK government and he said that they don't understand the "special" Situation Bahrain have , he was trying to insist that Bahrain is the best country in freedom of speach and reform - don't forget the statement of minsitry of interior, when he announce that each one will go out site attending conferences or meetings he should take approval from the government or they can take him to the court - he was complaining about some cauces for people who been refugee in UK, he didn't ask him self why Bahrainis always thinking to leave this countery and never come back again unless if they have a nationality that will protect them from thier original government, they didn't ask them self why Bahrainis is requesting others passports just to feel they want to be in safe and respected in their homeland, no , believe me they didn't ask why our passports is cheap as much as its been gift for other nationalities while they are not shiite

this is the qustion our government should ask not asking other governments why they are protecting bahrainis from their original government

i wish one day this governement will believe that the lonely things we are asking for is to be treated as citizen equal to other, not from second level

مشيراً إلى توازن الحكومة الأميركية

عبدالعزير بن مبارك: لم نطالب بريطانيا باستعادة محكومين

نفى الوكيل المساعد للتنسيق والمتابعة بوزارة الخارجية الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن مبارك آل خليفة احتمال التوصل لاتفاق مطلق والحكومة البريطانية، وطالب بأن تكون الحكومة البريطانية متوازنة في نظرتها للأمور في البحرين موضحاً أن الحكومة الأميركية أكثر توازناً.
وحول تقديره لطبيعة العلاقة مع بريطانيا يقول الشيخ عبدالعزيز: الإنجليز تنقصهم مفاهيم التطور في المنطقة. وهم في الحقيقة وكحكومة ديمقراطية يمكن أن يقعوا أحياناً تحت ضغط الدوائر القانونية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان والتطوير الديمقراطي. إلا أنه يتوجب عليهم أن يلعبوا دوراً حاسماً في نقل الصورة الصحيحة التي في البحرين. ليس هناك من عذر في ذلك. وهم لم يقفوا في الماضي مع البحرين، حينما مرت بالمشاكل في التسعينيات. هذه المشاكل بدأت بعد غزو الكويت وتحريرها وتركت آثارها الاقتصادية السلبية علينا.
وإذا كانت الظروف صعبة في التسعينيات ولم يقفوا معنا، فبالإمكان تفهم ذلك. ولكن ما العذر اليوم؟ يجب أن يساندوا ويعطوا مصداقية للبحرين لكي تشذ عن دول المنطقة وتتقدم في مسار حقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية بخطوات كبيرة. ونحس أيضاً أنه ليست هناك محاولة فهم في قضايا معينة. وخذ على سبيل المثال، نقرأ أن بريطانيا رفضت منح تأشيرة دخول لرئيس وزراء تايلندي سابق. فهم يقومون بهذا ويمنحون بحرينيين محكوم عليهم في محاكم بحرينية. فهذا يطعن أيضاً في المصداقية القضائية لدينا.
فرئيس الوزراء التايلندي وإن كانت عليه تهم في بلاده فذلك على الأرجح لن يكون مرتبطاً بقضايا جنائية كالاختلاس مثلاً. فلماذا هم يمنحون مصداقية لمحكمة تايلندية، ويطعنون في مصداقية محكمة بحرينية؟ أحد من حصل على لجوء من البحرينيين في بريطانيا كان محكوماً عليه في محكمة بحرينية وهرب، والحكم مرتبط بقضايا أخلاقية. وهو ليس عليه أي شيء آخر غير هذه القضية.
نحن حتى الآن لم نطالب باستعادة أناس. هذا الشخص ذهب هناك متهرباً من حكم عليه بغرامة ألف دينار. وحين ذهب إلى هناك طالب بحق اللجوء السياسي قائلاً بأنه لا يستطيع التعبير عن رأيه وأعطي ذلك. وبهذا بات بإمكان أي امرء أن يقطِّع جواز سفره ويفبرك أي قضية، ويُصدّق في ذلك ويحصل على اللجوء. ولذلك حين يمنح الإنجليز اللجوء السياسي لشخص ما، لا يجب أن يتم دون الرجوع للدولة المعنية لأخذ الرأي الآخر بالاعتبار.
وحول ما اكتنف العلاقات حين قدوم الحكومة العمّالية للسلطة في بريطانيا يقول الشيخ عبدالعزيز: في البداية في 1997 واجهنا صعوبات لتوصيل قضايانا للحكومة البريطانية العمالية التي أصبح لها أحد عشر سنة في الحكم. ولكن مع الوقت باتت لهم خبرة في معلوماتهم عن المنطقة، لقد أصبحوا على الأقل يحاولون الاستماع لنا. قبل ذلك لم يكونوا مستعدين حتى لإعطائنا الوقت الكافي لنقل وجهة نظرنا. الوضع أفضل بكثير الآن.
لا أعتقد أننا سنتوصل وبريطانيا إلى تفاهم بنسبة 100%. لكن مررنا بسنين كنا نختلف فيها تماماً على المعارضة، ونحن الآن نقترب في وجهات النظر عن المعارضة. ليس هناك من شك أننا اليوم يجب أن نكون قريبين من بعضنا بعضاً وأن نقف جنباً إلى جنب، في معظم القضايا. أنا لا أتحدث عنا عن اتفاق بنسبة مئة بالمئة ولكن الاتفاق ضروري بالنظر لوضع البحرين اليوم مقارنة مع دول المنطقة: فالمملكة هي الأحسن في حرية التعبير، ثم أين تجد انتخابات بهذا الشكل. وهناك الانفتاح والإصلاحات السياسية والاقتصادية. أتحدى أية دولة عربية قامت بما قمنا به وبالمستوى نفسه. ليس هناك من ينافسنا، وليست هناك منافسة بهذا الصدد بالطبع. ولكن إن وجد شبه فلربما نراه في الأردن والمغرب واليمن. وفي بعض الجوانب نحن أفضل.
وبالمناسبة فنحن نريد مصداقية عبرنا لما تقوم به الدول النامية بهذا المجال. فنحن لن نفيد أي جار أن يعتقد أن تجربتنا قد فشلت، وأن يقول لنا إننا نبهناكم وأنكم كنتم تتخبطون فيما قمتم به من أعمال. نجاحاتنا في مصلحة الدول النامية. وعمّا إذا كانت الحكومة البحرينية تتلمس فرقاً في الموقف بين الحكومة البريطانية والإدارة الأميركية يقول الشيخ عبدالعزيز: أنا لا أستطيع أن أشمل الحكومات بشكل كامل. وحتى هناك ما حدث في الكونغرس على يد ذلك النائب وهو من أقارنه باللورد إيفبري في لندن. حينما أراد النائب الأميركي القيام بالندوة الأخيرة، قلنا له من حقك أن تقوم بذلك وطلبنا بإعطائنا المجال، فرفض وأعطى الحق للجانب الآخر فقط، فأين التوازن؟ ولربما كانت الحكومة الأميركية متوازنة أكثر فوصفت الندوة حينها بأنها لم تكن متوازنة. وهذا ما نريده من الحكومة البريطانية، أن ينتقدوا حينما يرون الأشياء الغلط أن ينتقدوا. لا نريدهم أن يؤيدوننا. إن لم يرغبوا بذلك فهذا متروك لهم. ولكن إن رأوا الخطأ فليبينوا ذلك. حينما تدمّر الأعمال التخريبية المؤسسات في البلد يتوجب أن يقولوا بأن هذا ليس من الصالح.

The ministry without mistake is in a big trouble now because of his last statement about attending conferences and workshops out side Bahrain that it should be approved by our great government, and it seems that the honey moon between ministry of interior and al wefaq party is ended since few months ago, so the semi war is started but I don’t have that big feeling it will be continue because I have a good experience with the mentality that alwefaq is working with

But this is not my point, my point is while the minister is announcing this statement, he should tell the other embassies in Bahrain that to don’t organize any meeting, any conference any workshop about Bahrain unless they informed our government and they get the approval for this, and it should be started with USA embassy as they are the one which its congress organized the last forum about Shiite situation in Bahrain, and also this embassy is organizing a lot of training materials and other staff for empowering women and the MAPI program which is founded by the ministry of state here in USA is paying for this training.

So the statements as it should legal and official should be tell to this embassies, frankly as its been told to this poor people , and the warning for using the law should be the same warning for the embassies

American people voted for Obama for the change he promise he gonna bring, change in economic, in foreign politic, in education system, in tax, but for us as Arab, and for us as Oppositions what changes could happen to us.
Obama is from the democratic party which totally different than the republican party, and totally different than neo-conservatism the neo-conservatism believe in forcing the democratic even by power and army, and they created this MAPI program for supporting the human right, freedom of expression, bringing the democratic for other countries, this is the same what MacCain said that he will have a community against the totalirism and dictators systems in the world to push on the freedom and democratic.

But what does the democratic party believe in? they believe of more liberal, they believe of not getting involved with other countries, they believe that we shouldn't be as American the peace keepers around the world and we shouldn't be involved for bringing more right to other countries, so what is the future of our oppressions now?

I know Obama was one of sen who should discuses the human right and discrimination issues in Bahrain, but what it will give more if we know that the Democratic party got more voices in this last election in Sen. will we have our voice against our government be loudly here in US, can we get another forum or speech in Congers? can the new democratic government do some pressure as our government is afraid from this foreign more than from their people? can go now for the next 4 years and continue our demands with new constitution and freedom of expression other things that its basic things for a human been?

i think the next 4 years we will have a bad time and bad situation and our great albandar cells will get stronger and more stronger , our voice wont be heard any more in the next 4 years, they don’t' believe in your right, they believe in their benefits

I know its sounds bad for others who are happy because OBAMA promised them to pull out from Iraq and he will not get involved for another war with Iran, but for me as living here, its sounds bad because again we will continue to be suffer from our systems

Base on BNA of what did the ministry of interior said today, its still that we are still living in the dark and don't want to show our our fact to the world as its full of shit and mistakes, but , the ministry without mistakes proving what ever you want to imagine about this state, now we can't attend any conference, any workshop, and meetings, we can't talk to any news media , actually we can't do any thing outside bahrain without permession from the governement and imagine you want to say some thing about the governement and from your oppession point of view which is not acceptable by the system running this state, and you have to take acceptance from them to go attending or talking, in which year they live?i hope i can understand

منطلق التوعية والتنبيه على أثر قيام عدد من المواطنين من
أعضاء مجلس النواب
والجمعيات السياسية بالمشاركة بحضور اجتماعات أو مؤتمرات أو
ندوات في الخارج أو
الالتقاء بممثلي دول أجنبية أو منظمات أو هيئات أجنبية بغرض
بحث الأوضاع والشئون
الداخلية لمملكة البحرين بالمخالفة للقانون ، حيث تنص
المادة (134 مكرراً) من قانون
العقوبات على أن " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن
ثلاثة أشهر وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن
مائة دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل
مواطن ، إياً كانت صفته ، حضر بغير ترخيص
من الحكومة أي مؤتمر أو اجتماع عام أو
ندوة عامة عقدت في الخارج أو شارك بأية صورة
في أعمالها بغرض بحث الأوضاع
السياسية أو الاجتماعية أو الاقتصادية في دولة البحرين
أو في غيرها من الدول
وكان من شأن ذلك إضعاف الثقة المالية بدولة البحرين أو النيل
من هيبتها أو
اعتبارها أو الإساءة إلى العلاقات السياسية بينها وبين تلك الدول .
ويعاقب
بالعقوبة ذاتها إذا اتصل في الخارج ، وبغير ترخيص من الحكومة، بممثلي أو
مندوبي
أية دولة أجنبية أو هيئة أو منظمة أو جمعية أو اتحاد أو نقابة أو رابطة بغرض
بحث شيء مما ذكر في الفقرة السابقة " .كما أن المادة (134) من قانون العقوبات
تنص
على أن " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر وبالغرامة التي لا تقل عن
مائة
دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل مواطن أذاع عمداً في الخارج أخبار أو
بيانات أو

المالية بالدولة أو النيل من هيبتها أو اعتبارها ، أو باشر ، بأية

الداخلية أنه يجب على
أي مواطن أو أي عضو في أي مؤسسة أو جهة أن يحصل وفقاً
للقانون على ترخيص قبل
المشاركة في مثل هذه الأنشطة والفعاليات وألا تتضمن
المشاركة إذاعة أخبار أو بيانات
أو إشاعات كاذبة أو مغرضة حول الأوضاع الداخلية
في المملكة والتي من شأنها إضعاف
الثقة في الدولة أو النيل من هيبتها وكذلك أن
لا يباشر بأي طريقة كانت نشاطاً من
شأنه الإضرار بالمصالح الوطنية حتى لا يقع
تحت طائلة القانون ، منوهاً إلى ضرورة
الالتزام بالثوابت الوطنية والابتعاد عن
أية ممارسات تسيء للوطن وشعب البحرين،
مُشيراً إلى أن الشئون الداخلية للبلاد
هي أمور وطنية وأن أي إنسان وطني لا يرضى أو
يقبل بطرحها خارج البيت البحريني
حفاظاً على مكانة ومصالح الدولة، مشدداً على أن
هذا العمل مخالف للقانون كما أن
ذلك لا يعكس الثقة الوطنية في السلطة التنفيذية
وكذلك السلطة التشريعية في
قيامها بدورها حيال قضايا الوطن ، وأن استمرار مخالفة
القانون بإتيان مثل هذا
السلوك المرفوض والمستنكر على المستويين الرسمي والشعبي
واستغلال روح التسامح
وأجواء الحرية والديمقراطية ، سوف يؤدي إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات
القانونية اللازمة
في مواجهة هذه الوقائع وإحالة المتورطين فيها إلى القضاء ، مؤكدا
على أن مملكة
البحرين وفي ظل المشروع الإصلاحي لجلالة الملك المفدى حريصة على أن
تكفل حرية

It was just few minuets after closing the voting centre in California to announce Barak Obama the first black president for the united state and western world , they didn't calculate the votes in western states , it was miracle obama just win the biggest election war in short time while we at Washingtonpost expecting to stay until late 3 or something like that waiting for the result of California and western stats to decide who is the new president.

Keeping eye American news sites such as CNN , Foxnews, NBC,New Yourk times, ABCnews, etc, trying to track and update Washingtonpost site with the result from them, feeling something interested and enjoyable , it was good experience for me to work at that important time with washingtonpost, thanks for IREX who provide me with this great chance

Today early morning I went to visit some of the votes centre in Virginia and Washington DC, it was quit, no long lines as we have, I know some states complaining about this issue but I didn't see it in these two states I've been visiting and monitoring, most of them were cooperated, they allow me to enter and toke some pictures , i asked some of American people who want to vote, most of them come to vote for change, I met one old man he was against obama and thought that he is here just because he don't want the democratic to win this election, I felt that they can't imagine losing , they can't believe that they were wrong all of the past years, actually this election was like Referendum for the republic planes over the past 8 years, obama make it, and make most of the people who live in united states to say it loudly.

There was a message from Obama to Hilary who said that Barak can't fight McCain, but he confirmed that he can do it.

At the end, you feel like human here, you are at the new world and see people making their choice of any thing they want it, and in our countries you see royal families making choice about any thing they want it even if its not applicable for the country
